Whether you're leading a team in Sydney's CBD, across New South Wales government, or within Aboriginal organisations serving regional and remote communities across the state – you're ready to lead with more impact.

You know what good leadership looks like. You want to do it in a way that's true to your values — grounded in your culture, connected to your people, creating real change in your organisation and community.

The challenge is that mainstream leadership programs weren't built for this. They teach you frameworks that don't fit how you actually lead. They don't address staying authentic while navigating systems that don't always understand your way of working.

And if you're leading within an Aboriginal organisation, the complexity runs even deeper. You're navigating community expectations, organisational governance, and the weight of decisions that affect people you're deeply connected to – often without the networks or strategies that exist for leaders in other contexts.

There's rarely a playbook for this. Most mainstream leadership programs don't even acknowledge it exists.

Impact is different.

WHAT’S IMPACT?

Impact is built for Indigenous leaders across New South Wales who are stepping into or deepening their leadership of teams. Our Sydney program brings you together with peers from across the state who are navigating the same challenges.

Over 2 days in Sydney, you'll work with mentors and coaches who've led teams and stayed authentic while doing it.

You'll develop the capabilities to lead teams effectively — understanding your emotional intelligence and operating style, reading team dynamics, and creating conditions for trust and high performance.

You'll gain practical tools for real-world situations, navigate adaptive challenges with accountability and presence, and connect with peers facing similar challenges.

By the end, you'll lead with clarity, dignity, and impact.

WHO’S IT FOR?

✓ Indigenous professionals who are already leading a team or people

✓ Leaders who've recently stepped into a management role

✓ Experienced team leaders who want to lead with more impact

✓ Leaders navigating the specific complexity of leading within an Aboriginal organisation

✓ Indigenous leaders in non-First Nations organisations who drive their organisation's First Nations outcomes

✓ People looking for culturally responsive tools, frameworks, and peer community

Doesn't sound like you? If you're earlier in your career and not yet leading a team, our Ignite program is likely a better fit. If you're driving system change at the executive level, consider our Changemakers program.
