At First Peoples Leading, we know that supporting First Nations peoples through culturally responsive leadership development does more than strengthen careers. It creates lasting positive change that flows through communities and reshapes systems affecting all First Peoples.
That's why we proudly partner with the Paul Ramsay Foundation to offer scholarships across our 3 First Nations leadership development programs: Next Gen, Impact, and Changemakers.

What’s on offer?
If your application is successful, we'll cover 85% of your selected program's fees.

Who can apply?
To apply, you must:
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Be self-employed, a student or work for either:
An Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation
A First Nations-led not-for-profit
A First Nations-owned and operated business
Selection criteria
We will evaluate your application based on the following criteria:
Alignment with the program: Whether your leadership journey is at a stage where participating in the selected program will provide significant benefits to your development.
Potential impact: The positive difference you are likely to make within your community or workplace as a result of your participation.
Financial need: The necessity for sponsorship, considering your organisation's capacity to cover the full cost of the program.
Commitment: Whether you commit to attending every session and completing all learning requirements
How to apply
Applications are open all year, with multiple program start dates throughout the year.

Before you start, have ready:
Name and contact details of someone from your organisation or, if you are self-employed or a student, from your community who can support and talk to your application.
